Returns Policy

We get it - sometimes an item you've purchased just doesn't work for you and you want your money back.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unopened, unworn and in the same condition you received them. Due to hygiene reasons we we cannot accept the return of Jewellery if the item has been opened from within it's original package as this is a health and safety hazard.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights
You have 30 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Belly Lux Limited.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they have had the bag opened, labels and tags removed or have been worn or washed.
4. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
5. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price of the item excluding postage and packaging within 14 working days if you change your mind about the item.
6. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first at hi@bellylux.com before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
7. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.
8. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
9. Please note, refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale. Items must be unworn and in their original unopened package. All tags must be attached.
10. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Sale items will not be refunded.
